Louise is a seasoned international payments professional, having worked for over thirty years in marketing and business development with the last two decades for Mastercard and most recently SWIFT, where she was the global head of Marketing Communications. As such she managed the launch of SWIFT’s gpi (global payments innovation initiative) – the largest reengineering of SWIFT’s payments rails in its forty-year history. At Mastercard Louise established Mastercard’s European press office network, ran an award-winning marketing campaign for the UK’s shift to chip & PIN, and was instrumental in the launch of a raft of Mastercard’s technology innovation including the first contactless payments, mobile payments, prepaid cards and ApplePay. She also supported Mastercard’s listing on the New York Stock Exchange and the interchange appeal with the European Commission. Louise is an established communications consultant and is currently supporting India’s leading payments processor and paytech provider, FSS Technologies.
