Robert S. Gelbard

Robert has over 35 years of government experience as a diplomat in the U.S.Department of State, with several senior policy positions including Ambassador to Indonesia and Bolivia, President Clinton’s Special Envoy to the Balkans, and Assistant Secretary of State for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, where he managed U.S. counterterrorism policy. From 2003 to 2004 Robert served as Senior Vice President for International and Government Affairs at ICN Pharmaceuticals.
