Learn about the analysis carried out by our allied office in Spain on the trade agreement and cooperation between the European Union and the United Kingdom
As of January 1, 2021, the United Kingdom will leave the Single Market and the EU Customs Union, also ending the free movement of people, goods, services and capital with the EU. The EU and the UK will form two separate markets a different regulatory environment and legal framework This is expected to lead to new barriers to trade in goods and services and to cross-border mobility and other exchanges that affect public administrations, companies, citizens and stakeholders on both sides.
