Paul Schotthöfer has been working at Kreab Germany since July 2017 as Head of Brand Momentum and Account Manager for major projects. Since 2020 he has also held the position of Head of Client Relations. Before joining CB.e, Paul Schotthöfer headed the Corporate Communications, Marketing and Events department at the Berlin real estate developer HGHI Holding GMBH. The team consisted of seven employees from the areas of design development, strategic planning and project management. Contents were the introduction of a social media strategy, website development and SEO optimization, planning and execution of internal and external events, crisis communication and controlling of external partners. Paul Schotthöfer also acted as press spokesman for the holding company. Prior to this, Paul Schotthöfer spent six years as Senior Project Manager at Dussmann Stiftung & Co. KgaA. Here, he was responsible for B2B and B2C communication with external stakeholders, developed digital sales portals and a group and international career portal. He was also responsible for brand and CI development for the group and its subsidiaries. In the area of sustainability, he developed and published the Group’s first three GRI-certified sustainability reports. For the Group’s Executive Board, he developed communication strategies and presentations for communication with internal and external stakeholders. Lastly, he managed the introduction of a cross-company and cross-national intranet. Prior to his career as a communications consultant, Paul Schotthöfer studied business administration (diploma) with a focus on marketing and management at the Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main. Before and during his studies he worked for Fraport AG and Lexmark GmbH in the Frankfurt area.
