Maiju Parmio

Maiju is a business development and sustainability professional who helps clients build sustainable business in a strategic, business‑driven way. She supports organisations in identifying the sustainability themes that are material to their business, understanding sustainability regulation, creating impactful sustainability programmes, and analysing and leveraging sustainable growth opportunities.

Maiju has many years of experience in management consulting and advisory work focused on strategic sustainability, advising on CSRD reporting, sustainable finance, business development, organisational transformations and process development. In her work, she combines strategic thinking, innovativeness, pragmatism and a solution‑oriented approach. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, with a major in Service Management.
