Carl Horrocks

Carl is a Defence and Security business professional with credentials recognized throughout the UK customer community.  His experience has been gained via a successful operational military career as a specialist communications Officer in the Royal Navy and significant business exposure in the defence and commercial IT and electronic technology sector in both the UK and the US. His career has included roles as a Business Development Director in Lockheed Martin and with Fujitsu Defence and Security and he is a founding member of Larkspur International, a ‘growth consultancy’. He has an established and extensive network of contacts which, combined with a deep understanding of the current UK Defence and Other Government Departments, helps maintain his knowledge within the UK Intelligence, Cyber, Defence and Security communities.
