Kelsey Paulding

Kelsey has in-depth experience advising global companies, NGOs, associations, and broader stakeholders on building effective EU public affairs strategies. As a partner in the Financing, Investment, and Transition Practice at Kreab, she supports clients in achieving their objectives across a variety of policy areas, sectors, and jurisdictions. Having gained professional experience in the European Parliament and the asset management industry, Kelsey leads Kreab’s work on cross-sectoral policy including sustainable finance and FinTech. She particularly focuses on the transition to net-zero and emerging tech. Kelsey holds degrees in finance and International Studies from the University of Utah.
