Sebastian has a long track record as an advisor on trade policy economics, with special focus on the relationship between market access and trade on the one hand, and environment and sustainability on the other. He heads Public Affairs globally as well as KREAB’s Market Access and Technology practice. In addition, Sebastian leads KREAB’s network expansion strategy. Prior to coming to KREAB, Sebastian was the EFTA Secretariat’s representative on the EU’s Internal Market Advisory Committee and managed the EFTA States’ cooperation with the EU on the Lisbon and Internal Market Strategies, as well as enlargement. He was head of the Commercial Section at the U.S. Embassy Oslo, Senior Commercial Specialist at the embassy in London, and a Trade and Industrial Policy Analyst at the Office of Technology Assessment in U.S. Congress and at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Washington DC.
