KREAB acknowledged by Fundal (Alcobendas Sport Foundation) at its 2019 Gala

On June 19, the Fundal Gala, which celebrates 21 years, once again as its main focus acknowledged the many companies that support sport and the solidarity and health programs promoted by the Foundation and its clubs. The new mayor of the city, Rafael Sánchez Acera, the deputy mayor and spokesperson of Ciudadanos, Miguel Ángel Arranz, the councillor for Sports, María Espín, and the president and the director of FUNDAL, Vicente Hontangas and Mayte Pinto, acted as hosts.

In one of his first interventions as mayor, Rafael Sánchez Acera, reinforced the role of Fundal and thanked the companies for the strong support they have been giving to local sport. During the Fundal Gala, the mayor gave Kreab a moving award, recognising and thanking the firm’s public-private collaboration and commitment to the town’s sport.

The gala kicked off reflecting on “winning/losing” with the intervention of Tiki Inchausti, coach of Sanitas Alcobendas Rugby, recent champion of the Copa del Rey. Fundal also gave several recognitions, including Telemadrid for its work in supporting the dissemination of sport in the municipality and VASS, an Alcobendas technology company that celebrates 10 years of supporting the Basketball Club Alcobendas and Fundal.
