Erin L. McGrain

Erin is the founder of Promontory, PLLC, the company representing Kreab in the United States. She helps clients navigate challenges at the intersection of business, law, policy, and public affairs.

Before founding Promontory in 2024, Erin was a senior executive at SK, a South Korea-based Fortune Global 500 company. She established and led the Washington, DC office, overseeing the regulatory, policy, and public affairs interests of over 20 operating companies across major industries, including technology and energy.
Prior to joining SK, Erin was a partner at a global law firm, where she counseled multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government entities on a wide range of complex cross-border matters before the US government.

Erin holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University.
