Aya Minami is a professional with expertise in social listening, research, data analysis, and social media account management for various corporate and public sector clients.
Before joining Kreab, Aya gained valuable experience in inbound tourism policies at a Japanese marketing research company. Her work with the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) and various tourism associations across Japan taught her the importance of data-based analysis, allowing her to contribute effectively to initiatives that boost inbound tourism.
After receiving a degree in Journalism from Emerson College, MA, she worked as the editor-in-chief of a New York-based Japanese free paper, where she excelled in content management, conducting interviews, writing, and editing.
