Chieko Kondo

A specialist in public relations, she engages in multilingual
communications, relationship building, and cultural exchange within
government agencies and international settings.

At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, she served at overseas
missions including the Embassy of Japan in Spain and the Embassy
of Japan in Argentina, handling cultural exchange, overseas public
relations, and international scientific cooperation. She engaged in
external communications using her fluency in English, German, and
Spanish, focusing on public relations and cultural diplomacy
primarily in Europe and Latin America.

Since 2022, she has communicated Japan’s appeal and current state
domestically and internationally through tour guiding and university
teaching. She holds an MBA from ESADE in Spain.
