Masahiro Mogaki

Masahiro Mogaki oversees government relations and public affairs at Kreab Tokyo, specializing in executive politics, public administration, regulation and governance. He draws on long experience from Japan’s civil service, having held key posts in the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunication, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the Cabinet Secretariat, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Alongside his role at Kreab, he researches regulation and governance in emerging regulatory sectors as well as teaches at Keio University and Meiji University. He holds a PhD in Politics from the University of Sheffield. Besides his native Japanese, he is fluent in English.
