Senior Advisor
Nancy Snow specializes in international communication and foreign policy advocacy in global English, with particular expertise in U.S.–Japan relations and the Indo-Pacific. She advises governments, corporations, and institutions on shaping credible narratives, managing geopolitical risk, and engaging effectively with policy and opinion leaders. She holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the American University School of International Service and has published sixteen books on public diplomacy, strategic communications, and global influence. Earlier in her career, Snow served as a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Information Agency, gaining firsthand experience in foreign policy advocacy. She has held specialized faculty appointments in public diplomacy at leading universities, including the University of Southern California, Syracuse University, and Tsinghua University.
