Yuri Sato

Yuri Sato focuses on geopolitical analysis to help clients identify potential business risks, using her sharp analytical skills, understanding of media and fluency in English and Japanese. Prior to joining Kreab, Yuri worked as an editor and a journalist at influential Japanese tech and business media, such as ZDnet Japan, TechCrunch Japan and TECHABLE, covering enterprise IT, business and startup trends.

She has also interviewed several international CEOs, including in Finland, Estonia, Singapore and Denmark. She spent part of her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto and University of Massachusetts Amhearst, and also earned a Master’s Degree at the University of Washington. She also spent a year at Kalø Højskole in Denmark, learning Danish, which she continues to study.
