Silse Martell

Silse is the founder and CEO of Smart, the Brazil-based agency representing Kreab in Brazil. She provides strategic counsel in the areas of PR, corporate communications and public affairs. Before establishing Smart in 2002, she was Director of Corporate Communications for Ericsson in Latin America. She also worked for The Family Channel in the United States and for the Fleishman-Hillard Latin American headquarters in Miami. With a masters in organizational psychology and change leadership from Columbia University in New York, she helps C-level teams develop strategic narratives to help organizations navigate and engage stakeholders through major transformation journeys.
