Elena Sanchez

Elena is Head of the Health and Life Sciences practice. She has nearly ten years of consulting experience, supporting leading companies in managing complex regulatory, political, and social environments, while contributing to the strengthening of their positioning and reputation with key stakeholders.

Her expertise focuses on designing and executing engagement and collaboration strategies with the various actors in the healthcare ecosystem, driving initiatives that have resulted in tangible advances in public policy. Throughout her career, she has worked across multiple therapeutic areas, including oncology, rare diseases, neurology, antimicrobial resistance, and women’s health. At KREAB, she has advised globally recognized pharmaceutical companies, as well as biotechnology and medical technology firms.

Prior to joining KREAB, she was a Senior Consultant at Cariotipo, a boutique consultancy specialized in healthcare.

Elena holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Business Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School.
