Ignasi advises companies, investors, and organizations on highly complex and strategically significant regulatory, political, and institutional matters, as well as on the management of associated reputational risks. His practice sits at the intersection of business, regulation, and the political and institutional environment, with a particular focus on anticipating change, assessing its strategic implications, and positioning clients effectively with public authorities.

He also advises on the regulatory and political dimensions of complex corporate transactions and M&A processes, from assessing risks and potential constraints to developing strategies that facilitate successful execution. His experience is particularly concentrated in highly regulated and strategic sectors, where government and regulatory decisions can have a material impact on business outcomes.

Prior to joining KREAB, Ignasi built his career across consulting, the corporate sector, and public institutions. He worked at a Big Four firm and in the finance department of a Japanese multinational before spending four years at the Spanish Congress of Deputies, first as a parliamentary assistant and subsequently as coordinator of a parliamentary group.

Ignasi holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from ESADE and a Law degree from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC). He also holds a Master’s degree in Auditing and Financial Management from the UPF Barcelona School of Management and has completed IESE Business School’s Public Management Leadership Program (PLGP).
