María José Gómez, designer at Kreab Digital, finalist for the ADG Laus Awards for Graphic Design and Visual Communication

Each year, the Laus celebrate the best design and advertising projects in the country and promote the cultural and economic importance that this discipline has for society. Among the different categories, the awards include the ADG Laus Students, which recognises the best projects presented by design and advertising school students across the country.

The panel, made up of prestigious professionals from different fields of design and communication, has selected among the finalists for the Graphic Design category a piece by María José Gómez, designer in the Kreab Digital team Barcelona.

“Who are you really?” Is a project that talks about personality stereotypes that exist in society, it analyses people’s behaviour in different situations and contexts, and tries to combat these predefined ideas through cheerful and vibrant illustrations.

“I believe that recognising and valuing the differences and the different virtues of each personality type help improve our daily lives and improve our results in areas such as work or education,” explains Gómez.

The winners will be announced at the award ceremony, which will take place on June 20 in Barcelona.
