Kreab bolsters with three new incorporations within its organisation, in line with the framework of continuous process of specialisation and growth in which the firm is immersed. The objective is to provide clients support through professionals with solid backgrounds in the challenges that companies must face in a very changing world with new needs.

Within its specialisations, Kreab has expanded the Investor Relations and Corporate Communication areas and kick-starts the Sustainability area.

Fernando Vidal joins as Director of the Investor Relations area, thus reinforcing the financial communication team in which Kreab is a leader in mergers and acquisitions advice. Fernando, graduated in Economics, has an MBA from IESE and the PADDB from The Valley (Senior Digital Business Management Program), comes on board with extensive experience in relations and advice with institutional investors in companies such as Red Eléctrica de España and Europac.

At the head of the Sustainability area, Alberto Muelas, who with more than 15 years of experience in sustainability and corporate responsibility, has developed his career in leading consulting firms such as KPMG and Indra. Alberto has a degree in Economics from the Erasmus Universiteit de Rotterdam, and an MBA from IEDE. The creation of this area is another step which allows Kreab to respond to the growing importance of reputational issues within organisations, and it complements the practice of Reputation and Intangibles that María Rubiños has led since 2015.

Finally, to strengthen the Barcelona office, Cristina Fontgivell joins as Director of Corporate Communication. With a degree in Journalism and an MBA from IESE, Cristina began her career in Expansión to later assume executive responsibilities at EY, in the area of communication & marketing.

These additions come hand in hand with Kreab’s commitment to having the best professionals. These additions that we have announced today join those made in spring, Borja Bergareche (Kreab Digital Director) and Miguel Ferre (Financial Policy Senior Consultant), giving our clients access tp expert profiles that complement our consulting services.
